Who we are
pahwa.co is the website of Aashish Pahwa, an AI corporate trainer based in New Delhi, India. In this policy, "we" means Aashish Pahwa. For anything about your data, email Aashish.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive:
- your name, company and work email;
- whatever you write in the message.
If you email us instead, we receive what you send there. We don't collect anything else about you through this site, and we ask you not to include sensitive personal data, such as health or financial details, in the form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a proposed programme or quote.
- To plan and deliver training or a talk, if you go ahead.
- To keep a record of our conversations with clients.
We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your data, or use it for advertising. You give consent to this use when you send the form, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who sees it
The form sends your details by email to Aashish Pahwa. If training goes ahead with the Koso.ai team, the people working on your programme may see your enquiry. Our web hosting and email providers process the data on our behalf to run the site and deliver email. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on a conversation you started. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, and withdraw your consent;
- deal with a complaint about how we have handled it.
Email Aashish with "Privacy" in the subject. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.
