Corporate AI training for employees, with Aashish Pahwa

Aashish Pahwa is an AI corporate trainer. He runs hands-on AI training for company teams across India, in English or Hindi, in person or online. Each session builds a working workflow on your team's own tasks with ChatGPT, Claude or n8n, and the team leaves with it running.

Why AI training for employees usually doesn't stick

Most Indian companies have bought AI tools. What usually fails is AI adoption: the training teaches the tool, not the team's work. The largest recent surveys of AI training for business point at four gaps, and each one shapes how a session here runs.

Only 36% of employees feel they have received adequate AI upskilling.

BCG, AI at Work 2026

How a session handles it: a full day or a series of evenings, hands-on, on your team's real work.

54% of Indian leaders worry their organisation lacks a plan and vision for AI.

72% of Indian AI users bring their own AI tools to work.

On your terms: training on the tools you approve, and private models for data that can't leave.

Only a third of frontline employees say leaders communicate clearly about AI.

Aashish Pahwa is an AI corporate trainer based in New Delhi. He started out at Ogilvy, founded Feedough, a resource site for founders, in 2016, and founded Koso.ai, an AI development agency, in 2024. The training comes out of that agency work: the workflows he teaches are the kind his team builds for paying clients.

He runs the Indian AI Community, which holds meetups in cities including Mumbai and Bengaluru, and co-organises WordPress Delhi. About 186,000 people follow him on Instagram as @okaashish (October 2026) to learn new AI tools.

Companies looking for a corporate AI trainer or an AI trainer in India usually ask three things: who teaches, what the team builds, and what happens after. This page answers all three.

Want to see how he teaches first? Watch a talk above, or send a short brief.

Questions about AI corporate training

Anything else, ask on the discovery call or by email.

What does an AI corporate trainer do?

An AI corporate trainer teaches a company's employees to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and n8n on their real work. Aashish starts with a discovery call, maps each team's workflows, runs hands-on workshops where the team builds them, and checks after 30 days which ones are in daily use.

How much does AI training cost for a company?

It depends on headcount, number of days, format and how much is built on your own tools. Seats in public online cohorts start in the low four figures per person. Private programmes for one company are quoted after a free 30-minute discovery call.

How do you choose an AI trainer for your company?

Ask for three things: a sample agenda built on your team's tasks, references from a company of a similar size, and a plan for what happens after the session. A short pilot with one team before a company-wide rollout is a low-risk way to test fit.

Do you run AI training for employees across India?

Yes. Sessions run in person anywhere in India or live online, in English or Hindi. AI training for companies and AI training for corporates follow the same process; only the format and length change.

Can the training be in Hindi?

Yes. Sessions run in English or Hindi, or a mix of both, whichever your team works in.

Do people need a technical background?

No. Programmes for business teams are built for people who don't code. Engineers and product teams get a separate track with AI features, retrieval and agents.

Can we train without sending company data to ChatGPT?

Yes. Where data can't leave the company, the workflows run on self-hosted models with tools like Ollama and n8n. The Prodocs programme above was built this way.

Online or in person?

Both. Public cohorts run live online. In-person intensives of 2 to 5 days run on site with your team. Private programmes for one company can be either.

How is this different from a free YouTube course?

A course teaches the tool. This builds your team's own workflows, on your data, with a check-in 30 days later to see what is actually in use.

Can you train the whole company?

Yes. At Prodocs, the plan went from 250 people to the 50 team leaders who make the decisions and will train everyone else.

Bring one workflow. Leave with it running.

Tell us the team, its size and one task. You get a reply by email with a plan for the session.
